There was a time when we sought the favor of divine providence and asked Yahuah for his blessing, as recorded in all fifty of our State constitutions. Today, almost all of the blessings we once enjoyed through our obedience to Yhwh and his law have been systematically reduced or completely taken away -by him.

The scriptures point out that Yahuah judges nations as well as individuals, just as he did with the people of Ninevah, and the prophet Jonah.

Since our beginning as a Country, there have been attacks made against us, mostly in the form of legislation, to reduce or eliminate the freedoms we enjoyed as a Constitutional Republic.

But in the 1960's these attacks were carried out by social reformers that would not only change America morally, but politically, and economically as well.

How did we get to this point? Have we forgotten our history and the things that made us great in the first place? Have we been inattentive and inactive in the everyday workings of government; resulting in the loss of our constitutional Republic? The answer is yes.

Over the years, wealth and power has accumulated in the hands of a small minority creating a ruling class, an American aristocracy. The very thing our Founding Fathers sought to bar from our shores (an English aristocracy) we have created here at home. This American Aristocracy has one primary objective, to concentrate and protect their wealth and power. The government which was formed to serve the people, is now served by the people.

How did they do it? It was done incrementally. They took control of our monetary system with the Federal Reserve Act. By illegally imposing a tax on our wages, they reduced our personal wealth and curtailed our right to privacy by making us accountable to them; by filing annual financial and personal information reports (1040's). They have consistently reduced the sovereign power of individual states and took away our independence as a Country through deficit spending. But the most insidious method of change has been the attack on our national character. Through their constant and repetitive challenges to a righteous lifestyle, they have bombarded us with contradictory and immoral laws, lifestyle views, and behavior, brought to us in the form of film, TV, and official government propaganda and laws. Their primary method has been the Public school system whose propaganda includes the "Theory of Evolution" which is taught as fact, even though there does not exist in the fossil record any evidence of evolution. The ruling elite has relied on Judicial review to enforce mandatory changes in our national character, to impose their will and ideals on the people of the United States.

Public schools, which should have existed primarily for the conveyance of the ideals of truth, liberty, and the real meaning of the Constitution of the United States; have instead become propaganda machines for the ruling elite.

The most unique thing that America had to offer, when compared to the rest of the world, was the private ownership of land by the common man, with the ability to live a self sufficient lifestyle; without any obligation to royalty (or a ruling class). However, with the advent of property taxes each one of us has been reduced to the status of a mere serf, living in a feudal system. The new "Lord" of the Manor, and collector of taxes is the County government. This system is no different than the one that existed in Medieval Europe. If I do not pay my land tax to the County, they will eventually send the sheriff out to remove me at gun point. If I resist the Sheriff and try to protect my property, he will kill me. All with the blessings of the "Lord" of the Manor (the County Government).

It is accurate to say that the individual States now own all of the land, and not the individual whose name appears on the title.

The Constitution of the United States represents the very best of mans ability to create the most equitable form of government that can exist apart from the reign of Yahuah on earth. The founders of this nation understood the malicious tendencies within the nature of man, and built in safeguards to try and prevent a conspiracy from gaining momentum that might subvert the freedoms and liberties the people enjoyed. This is well documented by James Madison in his notes on the Constitutional Convention.

There was only one thing they could not plan for nor even conceive of (in my opinion) that freedom, true freedom, would one day leave the hearts of the American people.

What is true freedom? It is the belief that our natural rights come from Yahuah and are not delegated to us by governments. We should not be mistaken today because we have a certain freedom of movement in this Country. Freedom of movement is not the same freedom that I am referring to. Being a citizen of the State, having privileges delegated by the State, is not the same as being "a natural person" having unalienable rights given by Yhwh that government can not take away. In fact, our Government was empowered by the people for the express purpose of protecting these rights. Now we find ourselves in the position of begging our Representatives to keep our rights intact, or at least some of them. For example look at our second amendment rights. The Constitution explicitly states that the right of the people to bear arms shall not be infringed. Yet we have suffered one infringement after another, and for one reason or another.

The Constitution of the United States has been so degraded through the exercise of unlawful acts of legislation, it would take a supernatural awakening in the hearts of the inhabitants of our great land to bring us back to our former place of glory. And such an awakening must take place, or we will witness a continuation of the political, economic, and moral "free fall" that begun in the 1960's.

A free fall that gained unparalleled momentum in 1973, when the Supreme Court ruled that an unborn child does not have a right to be protected by the Constitution. Even worse than that, there could be found in our country doctors and nurses who would perform and assist in abortions. The "guardians" of health care and protectors of life were now licensed by our government to professionally terminate life. Our nation has changed so much that now millions of women seek out governmentally sanctioned abortions each year. Some may argue that you cannot legislate morality, abortions were performed anyway even when they were illegal. This may be so, but Yahuah deals with nations as a separate entity. A nation that sanctions abortions will be judged as an accessory to the fact, along with the private individuals who performs them and those who have them done. There is no other way to consider it, abortion is an affront to Yhwh.. The Hebrew nation of old did not "get away" with sacrificing their children to Molech (2Kings 23:10). Are we so bold as to think that we will?

Before the abortion ruling there were moral test balloons, to see if we were awake or asleep in our duty to live up to our agreement with Yahuah.

On January 1, 1962, Illinois became the first state to strike down its sodomy laws, decriminalizing homosexuality. This was a bold move to create a fundamental change in American thinking toward an activity that is perverse and strictly forbidden in the Bible. This action lead to The Board of the American Psychiatric Association, on December 15, 1973, voting 13-0 to remove homosexuality from its official list of psychiatric disorders. The resolution also urged an end to private and public discrimination, and the repeal of laws that discriminate against homosexuals. This was just the beginning of the plan to change our culture and mores.

In 1962 the Supreme Court outlawed voluntary prayer in our Public Schools. I realize this is a multifaceted issue, that leaves one to wonder, whose prayer are we going to recite anyway? Will it be a Catholic, Protestant, Jewish, Muslim, or Hindu prayer? Whatever your feelings are about this issue, the fact is this ruling eventually became the precedent for the total removal of prayer, scripture reading, and even the 10 commandments from the classroom and other public places and government offices.

President Kennedy was in favor of the ruling, and made no public objection up until the time of his assassination in 1963.

New York Representative Frank Becker had introduced a resolution to amend the Constitution to allow school prayer, but Rep. Emmanuel Celler (D-NY), chairman of the House Judiciary Committee never brought Becker’s amendment to the floor. Even though it was reported by Dean Kelly of the National Council of Churches that Becker had enough votes to pass the amendment.

The question then becomes, did the Churches allow the amendment to fail because they worried over what type of prayer may be adopted, according to what denomination?

Also during this time, President Lyndon Johnson followed the Kennedy administrations lead and offered no support in favor of school prayer. In fact, when Lyndon Johnson was a US Senator

in 1954 he sponsored an amendment to rewrite the IRS code to prevent non-profit organizations (Churches, Synagogues, and other houses of worship) from electioneering. In other words, talk about politics, and loose your tax exempt status. In fact, this was the very first test the Churches in America lost because they decided to obey Lyndon B. Johnson instead of our Creator, Yahuah.. Churches were more concerned with keeping their 501(c)3 tax exempt status, than to speak out against Governmental control and manipulation. The Churches of America have lead us, as sure as we were in a parade, into the degridation and moral depravity known today as "Modern America." If it were not so, things would be much different.

Lyndon Johnson died on January 22, 1973 of a massive heart attack; coincidentally on the same day the decision to legalize abortion was announced by the US Supreme Court.

In 1968, The US Supreme Court in Epperson v. Arkansas unanimously held unconstitutional the Arkansas law that prohibited teaching the Darwinian theory of Evolution in public schools. Despite the fact that there is absolutely no proof in the fossil record to substantiate the theory of evolution.

The Supreme Court’s unopposed rulings on school prayer, and evolution emboldened them to rule in favor of legalizing abortion. There was not enough resistance from the American people for them to cancel their plans for a new America; one fashioned by the elitists through Court rulings that change our way of life in a way that could not be legislated successfully.

Yahuah noticed, and things began to change dramatically in 1973.

The Country was now under a curse.

On Oct. 10, 1973 Vice President Spiro Agnew stepped down from office amid charges of income tax evasion. Less than a year later, on August 9, 1974, President Richard Nixon also resigned from office amid charges of ordering an illegal coverup of the break in at the Watergate hotel.

In 1973 the United States of America lost its first war. In a peace conference held in Paris, France; the greatest military power in the world sat down at the same table with representatives from Vietnam, a third world undeveloped country, to discuss the terms of our withdrawal. On April 29, 1974 communists from North Vietnam captured and took control of the real estate that 58,209 American soldiers died to defend.

These three events were a first in US history.

Ironically (or maybe not), the Peace treaty we made with England to secure our independence in1783, was also negotiated in Paris, France.

Before leaving office in 1974, we can thank Richard Nixon, for opening (or normalizing) relations with communist China. This act would play a large part in the dismantling of our manufacturing base here in the US. China now accounts for nearly 26% of the United States' $725.8 billion annual trade deficit

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Foreign Trade Division; U.S. trade in Goods and services, Balance of Payments (BOP) basis, our last trade surplus of $12.4 billion occurred in 1975. We have never posted another trade surplus again.

According to the US budget office, in 1961 the Government spent less than $100 billion dollars. We now have a $2 Trillion plus budget with a projected $450 billion a year in deficit spending. Our National debt (as of January 2007) is over eight trillion dollars, with foreign investors now holding $7.3 trillion dollars of US debts.

Of the foreign investors holding our debt, China and Japan currently own more than 50%. Money which could have been used here at home to help build American infrastructure, support American jobs and our way of life has left our treasury to help build communist China and other countries.

According to a 2005 list compiled by the International Monetary Fund of Countries sorted by their Gross Domestic Products (GDP) China places 4^th in the world, below the United States, Japan, and Germany (respectively).

In an article written by Paul Craig Roberts, entitled, "The US Navy...Made in China," he quotes Cynthia Brown, President of the American Ship Building Association as saying, "the manufacture of entire components and systems will migrate to China in the next several years under current Department of Defense policy with respect to outsourcing."

Have we lost our minds? Maybe the people at large have, but our leaders (traitors) have not! They are following a closely monitored carefully planned strategy to destroy America.

We can also thank Nixon for taking us off of the Gold standard in 1971. It would take an entire book to explain the ill effects suffered by this decision. It is best summed up in the closing statement given by Representation Ron Paul of Texas before the U.S House of Representatives, on February 15, 2006:

The 1970's also marked the beginning of Corporate America’s scheme to move offshore and deny the US treasurer of over an estimated 160 billion dollars in annual tax revenue. According to the Congressional Budget Office corporate income taxes in 2002 contributed less than one-tenth of overall revenues; down from 25% in the 1960's. However, the loss in tax revenue is insignificant when compared to the loss of domestic jobs which occurred when our Corporations moved their factories offshore, with the blessings of the US Congress!

Some of the Fortune 500 Corporations with the most offshore tax-haven subsidiaries are::

Bank of America Corp., Marriott International, BellSouth, Boeing, Pfizer, Sara Lee, American Express, Xerox, Prudential Financial, and PepsiCo.

PepsiCo is the parent Company for Pepsi Cola, Frito Lay (Cracker Jacks and Grandma’s Cookies),Quaker Oats, Aunt Jemima, Tropicana, Gatorade, Taco Bell, KFC, and Pizza Hut (to name a few). So with each purchase of a product from one of these companies (and many others), you are helping them to move their factories overseas while avoiding the taxes you and I must pay. All of this, with the help of the United States Congress.

Jeremy Brecher and Tim Costello write in Global Village or Global Pillage:

In May of 1973 the national average for a gallon of gasoline was 38.5 cents. According to the US Department of Energy; in 1973 we imported about 40% of the oil we used. That year OPEC was able to cripple our economy with an oil embargo. Today we import over 70% of the oil we use. Our western form of civilization depends on the importation of foreign oil. As the world’s population grows, the United States will be forced to compete with countries like China whose oil usage is expected to double by 2026. Can we depend on Yahuah’s blessing to support our western culture while we stack a pile of dead infants up to the heavens. If the unborn child cannot have the same things we ask for; life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, then why should we?

The year "1973" also gave us more government and less liberty in the form of The Endangered Species Act, The Drug Enforcement Agency; and in the private sector the formation of the Trilateral Commission

In 1973, the US Supreme Court sowed the groundwork that would enable over 48 million abortions to be performed in the United States. What kind of people are we?

A quick look at the TV guide for 1962, and the Emmy awards for 1973 will give you an idea of our declining morals. In 1962 the three major networks (ABC, CBS, & NBC) aired the shows:

Lassie, Dennis the Menace, Bonanza, To Tell the Truth, The Rifleman, The Danny Thomas Show, The Ed Sullivan Show, The Andy Griffith Show, The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet, The Real McCoys, The Donna Reed Show, Rawhide, Leave it to Beaver, Perry Mason, My Three Sons, Father Knows Best, Ben Casey, Dr. Kildare, Car 54, Where Are You,? Gunsmoke, The Lawrence Welk Show, and My Three Sons,. If you’re old enough to remember watching these shows, you’ll also remember that there was nothing at all in the show’s story line or plot that would offend anyone’s sensibilities, religion, or moral values. Some of these can still be seen as reruns today. Its’ safe to say that family dramas or "situational" shows (Like Father Knows Best) strived to teach life lessons on the value of good morals and wholesome living. Other shows (like The Ed Sullivan Show) were variety shows intended for family entertainment.

In 1973, the TV show "The Waltons" received five Emmy Awards, making it by far the most popular show in America. Imagine that, a show about a rural farm family helping each live their lives through tough times and good times. A strong extended family grounded in love, faith, duty, and honor. What can we compare this show with today, "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy?"

In 1973, at the height of America’s steel production (which has steadily declined every year since then) we built the tallest structures in the world. On April 4, 1973, the ribbon cutting ceremony for The World Trade Center was held in New York City. The Twin Towers were a symbol of our economic success, a landmark in the very center of our nations financial district. That same year, the abortion ruling symbolized our governments depravity and our societies moral decline. Economic success and moral depravity cannot exist simultaneously under the umbrella of Yuahuah’s blessing.

In closing, the book of Revelation teaches that in the end times a system will be in place that will monitor all of the transactions made by men, rich and poor, slave and free. A person will not be able to buy or sell without a mark on their hand or forehead;. Whether it is an implant under the skin or a tattooed bar code, we should keep this in mind:

the system needed to network computers and make this a reality (called TCP/IP) was created in 1972 by Cerf Vinton and Robert Khan; a few months before the ruling legalizing abortion was announced to the nation. Is this a case of Divine retribution?

We have gone from living in a Constitutional Republic, enjoying the liberty and prosperity of the world’s most free people - to voluntarily surrendering our rights to an unprincipled minority because we lack the will to fight for what belongs to us.

Wake up America, the bell tolls, and it tolls for us.
